  • The pre-qualification process is quick and easy. It only requires basic information and does not involve a "hard" credit check, so it won't affect your credit score. This process gives you an idea of how much you might be approved to borrow. If you decide to move forward with a full loan application, a comprehensive credit check will be conducted at that time.

  • For most applicants, a pre-qualification decision is available within minutes of submission. Sometimes, however, more information is needed before a decision can be made, and this may cause delays. If you have a question about your credit decision, you can call the Regions EnerBank Customer Service team at 1.888.390.1220.

  • If you're not approved for the full amount, we can work with you to explore alternative options. This might include adjusting your project scope, considering a different financing option, or discussing a partial cash payment combined with financing. Our goal is to find a solution that works for your budget and landscaping needs.

  • The Unilock Do-it-Now Payment Plan can be used to finance a wide variety of outdoor projects. Eligible hardscape features include the installation of paver patios, driveways, walkways, and pool decks. You can also finance outdoor living features such as fire pits, fireplaces, pergolas, pizza ovens, and outdoor kitchens and appliances. Additionally, the program covers softscaping projects like plantings, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting. With the Do-It-Now program's flexible financing options and wide variety of eligible projects and features, there really is no reason to put off your project any longer.

Multi Disbursement Loans: Open line period payments due 90 days after origination and monthly thereafter during open line period. When open line period ends, the balance becomes a fixed rate installment loan.
