LAWN CARE SPECIALIST

LANDMARK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team and help our clients achieve lush, healthy lawns they can be proud of. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch lawn care services, including mowing and overall lawn maintenance. Responsibilities:

  1. Lawn Maintenance: Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf cleanup, to maintain lawns in optimal condition.

  2. Aeration and Overseeding: Implement aeration and overseeding techniques to improve soil quality, enhance grass density, and promote a lush, green lawn.

  3. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all lawn care equipment and tools, reporting any issues promptly for repairs or replacements.

  4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of services performed, materials used, and client interactions to ensure efficient scheduling and billing.

  5. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to protect both yourself and the environment while performing lawn care services.

Qualifications:

  • One year experience in lawn care maintenance preferred, but not required.

  • Proficiency in operating lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and aerators.

  • Demonstrated ability to safely drive and operate a truck with a trailer for equipment transport.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality lawn care services.

  • Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Hourly; average 40 hrs/wk (mid-March thru October)

Salary: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (D.O.E.)
